  • If a theme is sent wrongly by mistake.
  • If payment is made twice by error (duplicate payment).

In all such cases, we will verify your issue and issue a refund after confirmation.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • Customer changes their mind after receiving the theme.
  • Theme has been customized or modified by the buyer.
  • Theme files have already been downloaded or used.

Once the theme is delivered and downloaded, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

4. Refund Method

Refunds are always sent through the same payment method that was used for the purchase. For example, if payment was made via Easypaisa, JazzCash, Bank Transfer or PayPal, the refund will be processed through the same channel.

6. Processing Time

After refund approval, we process payments within 24 hours. Please note that actual transfer time may depend on your bank or payment provider.
